Our Management
CivilTeam’s innovative site management led to cost and time savings for the client at the set up stages of the project. The site team incorporated the existing water main scour valves into the extended culvert headwall rather than the full relocation of the valves. Keeping all lines of communication open with the client on such issues kept costs and potential delays to a minimum.
Value Adding
CivilTeam ensured resource and cost efficiencies for the client by working concurrently on Project - 48, on behalf of the Greater Taree City Council.
As CivilTeam aims to perform works to a high standard, meeting or exceeding the client’s expectations, repeat work of this nature is a rewarding confirmation that we are meeting our own high standards.
