WRC Proserpine NDRRA Package 2
Description
This project was funded under the 2011 National Disaster Relief and Recovery Arrangements (NDRRA) for flood-affected local roads within the Whitsunday Region.
The road upgrade project involved widening, pavement and culvert works, pipe and drainage work and placing base- course pavement overlay with bituminous resurfacing, and the reinstatement of road furniture.

CivilTeam rearranged the works program in a timeframe to suit the client as the result of the extreme 2011/12 wet season.
CivilTeam’s commitment to detailed Traffic Management ensured the safety of the local community, site team, and all project stakeholders moving through the site area.

CivilTeam received positive feedback from the Project Superintendent (VDM Group), Whitsunday Regional Council and local community regarding Traffic Management throughout the project.
