Our Management
The team established a good working relationship with all project stakeholders. CivilTeam implemented a Project Management System specifically for subcontractor supply and day labour, in line with the client’s requirements. CivilTeam ensured all works were carried out in accordance with the safety requirements of working within a rail corridor.
Value Adding
CivilTeam prioritised an inclusive partnership approach with all stakeholders, which assisted in completing works one week ahead of the contract completion date.
The project was completed within budget and to the satisfaction of the client.
