Our Management
A close working partnership was established between CivilTeam and the client to develop innovative solutions to culvert abandonment and site drainage issues.
Good relations were also developed with the nearby community, with CivilTeam carrying out minor improvement works for several local landholders at no cost to the client (using excavated material from the project to improve farm access tracks).
Value Adding
The site team proactively identified issues and worked with the client to generate best practice outcomes and value for money.
The project was completed on time and within budget.
